  • Metro Trains Melbourne Circular Railway Operations Strategy and Roadmap (2023-24): Conducted analysis of MTM’s resource use, waste and emissions to establish a baseline for circular adoption across its asset base. Developed a multi-criteria analysis to prioritise initiatives, integrated into a detailed implementation roadmap with cost–benefit analysis and a monitoring and reporting framework.
