Mental Health Care Coordinator

  • Began in April 2022, while Helping Solutions established provision of care for young people under the care of CPFS.
  • Started at the sole compliance officer responsible for daily case notes, staff monitoring - clock ins/outs, incident reporting and other duties. Created the entire incident report framework, technology, case note reports and compliance checks – previously no structure present.
  • Launched HCS after hours program, ran the program on the ground, trained new team members and created spreadsheets/recording structure.
  • Integral part in two tender submissions to department of communities which resulted in approval as a Non Paneled Approved Provider.
  • Started covering case coordination, and then transferred November 2022 into my current role as Mental Health Care Coordinator. Temporarily assisted in placement establishment, referrals, created framework/templates for placement proposals and liaised with CPFS HUB. Responsible for all aspects of case management Currently coordinating placements that require extra needs mental health wise and enjoying the role.

  • I have significant hospitality experience starting at the young age of 12 years old. In 2012 I started at Grill’d as a team member, beginning my role as a Team Leader two months later.
  • Worked for nearly a decade at Grill’d - Team Member > Team Leader > Assistant Manager > Covering Restaurant Manager
  • Started from the bottom as team member to be prompted eventually to assistant restaurant manager.
  • Managed a busy store in the Perth Metro Area that grossed some of the highest revenue during summer. All aspects of restaurant compliance, guest experience, KPIs and staff training.
  • Designed state used templates for KPI recording and mentored new ARMs to the company. Routinely stepped in to cover the restaurant manager and my comanager during leave periods. Required to work a variety of shifts - including public holidays - and lead the team through cleaning the entire store.
  • Significant experience with de-escalation as worked via head office on the online feedback support, as well as providing new managers training on adequate customer de-escalation.
