Sophie Osmond

I have worked at this ice cream shop over the last two summers when I holiday in Lorne. My role here required me to be constantly serving customers all day and on the spot making them their order which included ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes, etc. As product was constantly being used, I always had to be proactive in ensuring all the ingredients and ice cream flavours were stocked ready to be used. This shop was a family business and so I was required to work with a range of different people including the owner, his two sons and some of his grandkids as well as many young people my age and multiple backpackers.
