With over 8 years of diverse experience running my own business and managing multiple venues in the hospitality industry, I developed a strong foundation in customer service, leadership and business operations. I am passionate about providing exceptional service, customised to fit each client as well as leading through a holistic approach that focuses on fostering positive workplace relationships, inspiring team collaboration and growth.
In April of 2020, I soft launched my own business in Entertainment from organising and coordinating events for a variety of clientele from larger stage performances to private shows. Each with choreographed routines, costume design and collaborating with other performers in the industry.
I have also gained skills in simple bookkeeping and accounting with the use of online accounting software, Xero. As a business owner, I strive to achieve in my business by setting KPI's and working to meet deadlines.
For the past five years of my hospitality career, I have worked in similar venues which have progressively become more formal and professional in environment but ultimately included the same responsibilities and skills.
Some of my responsibilities included, managing a small team of up to 10 employees, devising and maintaining schedules, using online ordering platforms, training new team members and providing exceptional customer service.
