Responsibilities/Achievements:
Build capacity of all staff to successfully support Good Readers to Great Writers through Inquiry by:
• Delivery of Professional Learning - Bronwyn Parkin and Helen Harper's Teaching With Intent 2.
• Co-creation and delivery of Explicit Instructional Model (Good Readers to Great Writers and Literacy) in line with SIP.
• Planning and provision of opportunities for staff to further explore, understand and engage in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support model.
• Modelled data-informed approach to planning for Tier 1 intervention.
• Leadership through Inquiry and continued professional self-development to ensure informed, up-to-date practice.
