I have worked in the luxury yacht industry since 2017, providing high-level service to VIP clients, including business leaders and celebrities, while traveling between Europe and America. During this time, I gained valuable experience working long hours and in both independent and leadership roles. I managed a service team, overseeing operations, inventory, and the smooth delivery of services, while also collaborating closely with the executive chef.

My responsibilities included ordering supplies, managing stock, conducting inventory using tools like Excel, and coordinating the receipt of goods. I also trained team members, created schedules, and ensured all guest requests were met to the highest standard. When senior team members were absent, I stepped into their roles, managing operations during guest trips and maintenance periods.
