Summary

I am a confident and energetic individual with a strong work ethic. It matters to me how I present myself, the quality of my work and how I interact with colleagues, managers and customers. I seek to treat others, how I wish to be treated myself. After a number of years working in the Hospitality & Retail Industry, I'm now enthusiastic to move into a more meaningful role, where I can utilize my transferrable work skills to work with people more closely. Currently in Public Sector including 2 years with ANZ Bank Limited, I have learned the importance of great customer service, how to successfully manage busy workloads and accompanying administrative tasks. Currently within my role as a Service Consultant, I’m able to ensure all aspects of my workload run like clockwork, this includes administrative tasks, managing customer enquiries and providing assistance to sales team. I thrive in busy working environments and enjoy the day-to-day tasks allocated to me as well as assisting in training/mentoring where required.
