I had been working as a Full Time Registered Nurse in Neuro ICU from 05.05.2011 till 15.11.2012. Responsibilities towards patient care

● From time of admission patients vitals were monitored on hourly basis.

● Medications were administered as per 7 rights.

● Assessing and performing care as per patients social and cultural needs.

● Informing doctors regarding condition of patients at right time.

● Providing safe and clean environment for patients after considering their rights.

Helping ICU in charge.

● Maintenance of cleanliness over the whole area

● Maintaining narcotic drug is as per protocol of hospital and to maintain drug book to reduce misuse. ● Handing over the care of patient to next duty staff.

● Maintaining blue bag and emergency trolley.

● Transferring patients to appropriate unit depending on the condition of patients.
