Handling an FRY position at Yoon’s Blackburn have 2 major responsibilities such as Frying the Korean style chicken, and controlling the KP position by keeps cleaning the dishes and cooking equipment. My major things when I start my job is to pre-cook around 7kg – 14kg of chicken, during the service hour I have serve orders and do the dishes
At Samut, I have several responsibilities to take control as a kitchen preparation, handling the Wok section, Fry section, and the Soup section. I normally do veggies prep, meats prep, cooking all the dishes that the restaurant have. Sometimes, I am also keep rotating to clean up the dishes (Kitchen Porter) as well
