Testing of OMNIA Application. The OMNIA Application is a web-based search engine used by an Insurance company to find Customers and address their need.

It is an interface between the Insurance Company and it valuable customers by retrieving the details and it connects to few upstream and downstream applications for Policy creation and amendments.

Responsibilities:

• Supported successful product launches with thorough end-to-end testing of all features and components.
• Planning, schedule and coordinate Testing activities.
• Co-ordination with BA, Dev team and other downstream teams for information gathering.

PD Tools:

Testing of PD Tools (FACT) application. The PD Tools solution implements a web based centralised application responsible for the management and grading of PD's (Probability of Default).

It enables the users to answer a series of questions be presented with the PD Model (like Agri, Commercial, Property Investor, Property Developer, Large Corporate, Expert Judgement) relevant to the current customer's work segment and their financials to execute a grading, which in turn will generate a PD (A rating from A - Z). This PD (Probability of Default) together with the Loss Given Default (LGD) is the constituent measure that results in a Credit Risk Rating (CRR). These measures are used to determine whether a proposed deal (loan) or facility is within the Risk appetite of the group and whether a facility should be issued.

'PEGAREACH' TOOL is computer software for 'Customer Relationship Management' (CRM). Aetna Strategic Desktop ( ASD ) - The Application is used by Aetna's' Customer Care Representatives which comprised the entire details of a Member, Provider who are in contact with AETNA to provide and obtain Service.

Tools used: Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM, Clear Quest)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.

CRC Select III is a registered, single premium modified guaranteed annuity. Interest is guaranteed at issue, renewal and for the entire guarantee period.

This project will create two new fixed products for new sales – CRC Select III and Saver Plus replacement. Testing should be done on Information and capabilities surrounding these new products and to check the availability on several of The Hartford's websites.
