Started working in a cafe at 15 on the weekends before deciding too make a career as a chef . I did my apprenticeship at Stix (Allison Fink) for almost 3 years . After my time there i finished my apprenticeship at Margaret(Fire & Embers ) where i worked as a Chef de partie for 8 months co-managing the larder section at Margaret and managing the larder section at Next Door(Fire & Embers).
