- Netmagic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., was totally a data Canter company specialised in providing Internet bandwidth, managed, colocation, cross connect and cloud services.
- In-house projects day-to-day tasks included configuring, implementing and troubleshooting the NTT DATA India network shared infrastructure devices for internet link utilization & performance issues, redundant link failure. Implementing and troubleshooting the hybrid-link till the public cloud, private cloud setups through Arista CloudVision xChange, Cisco ACI , VxLAN and Spine-Leaf setup and troubleshooting of the same. Firmware upgrade of the existing devices due to the patch management, bug fixes, or vulnerability mitigation. Integration of New devices in the existing setup as per the capacity requirements. - Customer related setup day-to-day activities included configuration and troubleshooting of customer setup for new server connectivity and any network performance related issues. Participating in client monthly review meeting.
- Common activities of both in-house and customer setups included allocation of public IP addresses, VLANs, device interfaces to different customers as per requirement. Updating and managing device inventory, network diagrams as and when required. Performing patch management, bug fixes, vulnerability mitigation tasks. Integrating new device into existing setup. Maintaining capacity reports and bandwidth utilization reports and network diagrams. Working closely with internal IT teams and Customer IT teams and collaborating with other IT staff. Providing continuous support to L0, L1 and L2 team members, validating MOP prepared and shared, guiding them in execution of same and handling escalations from customer. Often participating in device mounting, powering and cabling related activities for critical in-house and customer setups.
