Summary

My Work passion is helping the elderly and Disabled in the community. For the last 10 years I have had various roles in this profession. From working at a nursing home, working for My Aged Care, NDIS cleaning, Working for Catholic Care in numerous positions which included being a Community Support Worker, Business service officer, Rostering Co Ordinator, Support Co Ordinator, and an Aged Care Support Facilitator. I have had a lot of success in my role as a NDIS Support Coordinator and one that I am very proud of is advocating all the way to the tribunal and creating a case where we eventually won. This accomplishment made me feel so honored and proud that I was able to advocate and support my participant to receive the correct funding to ensure he could live a safe and as independent as possible. I want to excel and succeed in my career, and I find that this profession really brings out the best in me. I love to help people, guide people and to make sure that person is feeling confident in their choices, respected and can trust that I am doing my job professionally.
