I am enthusiastic, self motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working . I have many years experience in customer service which I have had the opportunity to grow my skill set from my background in banking and the insurance industry. The key focus in my previous roles has always been customer Service. My recent role in a fast paced call centre has taught me a lot and added to my skill set. I take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience at all times and consider myself to be a customer service expert.
I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using my own initiative and adaptable to working autonomously. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to compliance and company values.
From my experience I have learnt that being accountable from start to finish and showing empathy towards the situation helps make the process as easy as possible for those involved.
I have worked at RACV for five and a half years starting in Memberline taking inbound sale / service calls. I embedded those skills and was given the opportunity to floorwalk which further developed my skill set.
I was then appointed as a point of contact - essentially stepping in to relieve Team Leads whilst on projects and leave to successfully manage their team.
From this I was given the opportunity to become one of the Academy Team Leads which gave me the opportunity to continued to grow my skill set managing and supporting new staff throughout their learning journey.
