  • I am so excited to have the opportunity to apply for the Operations Manager Position to lead the team in the Business Case for Change and transition the team to Future State. This role aligns to my career goals and aspirations to be a Women in Leadership and progress into higher positions within the QLD Government sector in my 5-year plan. I would be the best fit for this role, because I have had the opportunity to backfill leadership roles over the past two years which has given me the insight to successfully lead my team to complete the Interim State Project, Culture Change and Evexia Action Plan.
  • This progression has enabled me to be cross trained in functional areas of Central Pharmacy Administration, Procurement and Operations. In these roles I have been able to develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the management of our operations and people.
  • I am applying for this position because it is an influential role, and I would be able to provide insights into decision making and improvement opportunities. I am able to collaborate with all departments and CPISU /CPFS Teams to achieve set goals and timelines.
  • I have been able to oversee and effectively manage HR issues and concerns, financial EOM processes and forecasting, training and development of the team. Completed employee check-ins for the warehouse team and supervisors. This also includes recruiting, planning, and rostering of resources across all functions of the operations.
  • I am so grateful for the learnings and opportunities that the SLT has invested in me, and I would like to continue this journey to share and mentor my team.
