• Management of Operations & Logistics for the Australian Equestrian Olympic Team, including individual & team schedules, results data and financial budgets
• Oversee the creation and delivery of Strategic Plans for Equestrian High Performance for Paris 2024, Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032
• Delivery of AUS Equestrian Team (AET) digital content and social media

End-to-end management of the Australian Para-Dressage Team including;

• Daily operations of team
• Organisation of key selection events and team clinics in preparation for international campaigns
• Build & maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders including external venues, selection committees, International Federations and Australian Olympic/Paralympic Committees
• Logistical management of individual & team schedules (human and horse)
• Management of results data
• Management of financial budgets
• Coordination of support services for human & horse

Implementation of processes, including the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures and monitoring of budgets.

Team Assistance including development of selection criteria and policies, implementation of legal agreements, travel arrangements for riders and horses including admin of key documentation and management of qualification documentation.

Responsible for administration and operational support for the Coaching, Regional & Talent Departments including;

• Coordination of PURSU32+ Talent Program
• Facilitation of sport program talent objectives
• Management of budgets in coordination with Government funding
• Administrative support to relevant sport programs including; logistics, operations and compliance
• Maintain systems to identify overarching sport calendars

Responsible for a team of staff who looked after the health and wellbeing of performance horses, communicate key updates to owners, prepare horses for competition, liaise with owners, riders and other professionals and attend and assist at International level competitions.

Responsible for rosters, financial checks and the day-to-day management of a department whilst effectively reporting key decisions to senior management.
