· Prepare witness statements, advice to clients, instructions to counsel and doctors, Schedule of Damages, Notice of Claim for Damages, settlement documents, briefs to counsel and doctors, and various correspondence.

· Liaise with clients, witnesses, barristers, insurance companies, and doctors.

· Exhibit attention to detail in reviewing medical records and reports, and preparing summaries and chronologies of medical records and WorkCover files.

· Ability to work within internal deadlines, specifically when preparing documents for compulsory conferences, mediations, and trials.
