  • Provide advice/ tracking to ensure all retail, sales, fleet and rental units are within budgeted requirements / hours allocated
  • Document quotations for the Workshop Manager to seek additional work approval as needed before such work is started
  • Co-ordinate the scheduling of work to be completed in the workshop in conjunction with the Workshop Manager
  • Document job card information on green tag of units prior to delivery to increase customer satisfaction, backstop
  • Audit the PD checklist is complete

  • Assist workshop flow to ensure preplanning all parts are in stock or ordered for units in workshop
