  • Starting out this position as a Junior Property Manager assisting the Senior Managers. Worked up to a Property Manager managing end to end portfolio of 200 properties. Continuing to grow and develop my real estate skills and knowledge to become a Senior Property Manager and then Head of Department.
  • Oversee the department and ensure all operations are running smoothly, clients are content, stakeholders are properly informed of their investment status & staff are working effectively and have the supports and education they required to work to the best of their abilities.
  • Speaking frequently with Rental Providers to ensure they are happy and content with the service they are receiving and problem solve for any clients that enquiries, issues, grievances.
  • Supporting staff in their liaisons with Renters and Rental providers. Problem solving, education and ongoing training on legislative requirements.
