I manage the Perth East and South East Aged Care Planning Regions including delivery of safe and quality Home Care services to clients receiving CHSP, HCP, STRC, private and brokered services. This includes the management of Harman Park Social Centre in Belmont and MercyCare's expanded Dementia Respite Centre in Maddington. I am responsible for all compliance and quality activities for the region as well as direct management of scheduling and oversight of client engagement.

Managed a team of Home Care Package and STRC Team Lead/Coordinators in delivering quality and safe services to clients, including those requiring complex and end of life care management with MDT involvement.

• Managed and supervised administrative and daily program operations, complying with policies and regulations. Programs included HCP, CHSP, NDIS, IHP and Private/Brokered Home Care Services.

• Programs included: Hospital Program, Carer Advisory Service, Carer Representation. Carer Wellness and Systemic Policy and Individual Advocacy Advocacy and Engagement.
• Meet all budgetary and reporting requirements to funding bodies, Board and Private sponsors.
• Prepared tender proposal to Dept. for Communities for the successfully funded Be Job Ready and Carer Friendly Employer program.
• Extended reach of programs into new regional areas.
• Maintain networks with funding bodies, and sit on reference groups, often acting as proxy for the CEO.

• Management of the Prepare to Care Program funded by WA Health. Acted as deputy manager for other carer support programs.

• Role includes assisting Cardiologists at implant of cardiac rhythm devices
• Also conducting patient clinics at all Public and Private Hospitals in Metro WA and some regional centres to conduct follow up
• Provision of education to Cardiac Technicians and Cardiology nursing Staff
• Acted as WA team leader, for the launch and implementation of remote monitoring for patients and carers in remote/regional WA

• Formed in response to two previously represented companies through Edward Keller going to direct operations in Australia and approaching me to continue representing them

• Sales and education role, representing various medical equipment companies
• This position was made redundant due to Edward Keller closing their healthcare division

Completed Graduate RN program and went onto work in Surgical, Vascular, Medical and Intensive Care Units with rotations to Emergency Department and Coronary Care Unit.
