Stephanie Maley

I am a dedicated Early Childhood Educator, currently serving as a 3IC, Room Leader and RP. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children, and I am committed to ongoing professional development. I am actively working towards completing my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and have a developing understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), national regulations, and UNICEF principles, all of which guide my approach to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

As a quick learner, I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills. I thrive in collaborative environments and take pride in working with a team to deliver the best outcomes for children. My leadership experience in my current role has helped me develop strong organisational and mentoring skills, as I support and guide other educators in their professional growth. I am passionate about ensuring every child receives the best possible care in a nurturing, respectful, and developmentally supportive environment, and I am excited to continue growing in my career as I pursue new challenges and opportunities in early childhood education.
