  • Project procurement and negotiating contracts with Subcontractors and Suppliers
  • Scheduling of quantities for materials required, ensuring all costs are within budget and allocated to accurate cost coding
  • Maintaining Tender Analysis Form of procured trades and suppliers

  • Liaising with Estimating for duration of project to ensure to have full understanding of all project requirements
