Summary

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Stephanie Oldfield, and I am currently seeking work as a provisional psychologist in Sydney's metro or regional areas. In addition to studies, I have also worked in the mental health field for several years and have experience working with acute and complete mental health needs. In particular, I previously occupied the role of Program Coordinator for the TRISS program at One Door Mental Health (previously Schizophrenic Fellowship of NSW). Within this role, I helped to supervise and train approximately 200 to 300 volunteers to provide psychosocial support to individuals with a lived experience of mental illness and their carers. I also helped provide clients and volunteers with ongoing information about available mental health services across NSW, mental health diagnoses and treatments, as well as research relating to mental illness. Within this role, I have been responsible for the design and implantation of individual and collective psychosocial support plans for clients, as well as data/KPI management of the program and professional development of the volunteers. Since June 2022, I have worked independently as a licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Mental Health Training Facilitator within NSW. I appreciate your time looking through my qualifications and previous work experiences below. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need clarification on any information required.
