Summary

RESULTS DRIVEN | MODERN LEADERSHIP

I’m an authentic people focused leader, delivering performance by building cohesive teams through empowerment. I prioritise gaining staff loyalty and retention with a nuanced and pragmatic approach to people management.

I have successfully transitioned large teams between television networks Ten and Nine, and then back again whilst also navigating COVID..

In 2016 I lead the WIN Vic and Tas sales teams to find the niche virtues of the Ten Network after the teams we’re accustomed to selling the higher rating Nine programming.

Overcoming the ingrained perception of the client was difficult, however also highly rewarding when revealing “the dollars for eye balls equation” and viewer segmentation advantages that resulted in a larger revenue share than our ratings share ought to have allowed.

I also successfully changed the revenue pacing performance culture of the group to focus on percentage deliveries by key rolling dates I coined “revenue sign posts”.

I challenge the status quo if efficiencies are can be won or if a process is unnecessarily complicated.
