• Mobile sales and service for automotive paint, panel and mechanical workshops across far North Queensland. • Selling all related automotive products; paint, abrasives, tools, fixings, fasteners, automotive consumables etc. • Carrying out all aspects of retail sales and service; invoicing, customer orders, stock control and deliveries.

• Inspecting and roadtesting for quality assurance of passenger,4×4 and commercial vehicles after periodic maintenance and mechanical repairs have been carried out, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Supervising and training of trade assistants and apprentices ensuring safe practice at all times.
• Road testing with customers to help diagnose issues with vehicles prior to repair/quality checking after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Warranty administration/processing of Volkswagen, Nissan and Mazda warranty.
• General clerical duties/invoicing daily repair orders/insurance claim processing.

• Management of daily bookings and distribution of work.
  
• Roadtesting with customers to diagnose and confirm complaints.
