As a cultural heritage officer/Field Representative I am passionate about preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of my ancestors and community.
Throughout my day to day routine I work out in the field where I conduct survey, complex and salvage assessments by looking and identifying Aboriginal Stone tool artefacts and landscapes of cultural significance.
As a postal delivery Officer I worked out of the sunshine west distribution centre on the front line stacking and sorting parcels onto conveyor belts to the correct state and post code, stacking parcels into the trailers of our delivery trucks by hand, re wrapping and reporting damage of parcels and loading/stacking of parcels in ULDS
Throughout 2017 while in my years of schooling I was completing a School based apprenticeship traineeship (SBAT) with Australia Post doing one day a week at the werribee plaza post office every Friday. During the school holidays I would work as a fulltime employee from Monday-Sunday helping with passport applications, sales department, paying bills/western union, money handling etc. Once I completed year 12 I successfully secured a fulltime role.
