  • Achieved consistent sales comps of up to 30% in my territory while performing the role of Operations Trainer and acting Operations Manager
  • My territory (one of 4 in NSW) achieved the only consistently positive sales comps of up to 5% in Australia, apart from South Australia during this time
  • Developed and piloted the “Water for Water Wednesdays” in store marketing program from March 2012 to August 2012 which increased the Wednesday sales by 25% at our pilot store and maintained this level of sales for the period
  • Established three new Training Stores over a twelve month period which resulted in seeing these stores increase revenue by 18% per week and maintained these levels for the duration of my time as Operations Trainer and Manager.
