Significant Achievement

Although being new to the industry, I have been entrusted with a number of projects, ranging from short remediation works, to protracted and complex projects involving hydraulic, mechanical and civil works.

I have collated detailed scope of works in accordance to our clients instructions, undertaken a number of Request for Tenders (RFTs) for various trade packages, negotiated pricing and complied subcontract or consultancy agreements. All with minimal guidance from within the company's hierarchy.

Subsequently, my efforts were acknowledge at our company's 2023 End of Financial Year event, where I was the recipient of the 'Rookie of the Year' award.

Significant achievement

Within my first two months working with Sales, I successfully negotiated the sale of a three bedroom penthouse to the value of $1.3M. Furthermore and due to the level of service I provided, the buyers of this property engaged me to sell their current home, securing a further listing and commission for the agency.

• Investigations into complex matters such as drug trafficking, aggravated robberies, home invasions, arson and property offences.
• Obtain search warrants issued by a ACT Court Deputy Registrar or Magistrate.
• Submit applications for telephone intercept warrants and support capabilities.
• Collation of evidence, brief preparation and Court attendance.
• Bail oppositions of persons in custody and extradition (both in-going and out-going).
• Liaise with other Police jurisdictions, stake holders and counterparts.

Significant Achievement

In 2021, I was a member of a joint taskforce with New South Wales (NSW) Police Force which resulted in the disruption of criminal syndicate at a national level, multiple arrests and possessions seized in pursuant to the Confiscation of Criminal Assets Act 2003.

• Liaison role between the ACT Coroners Court and ACT Policing.
• Reporting directly to the Coroner of deaths that occur within the ACT.
• Determining jurisdiction of each death as defined by the Coroners Act 1997
• Assisting in the Coronial process of deaths reported to the Coroner.
• Post Mortem attendance.
• Preparing Coronial Briefs of Evidence for Inquests.
• Encourage working relationships with Government stakeholders such as Work Safe and Department of Health.

• General Duties Response member at Woden Police Station (ACT Policing).
• Responded to reports of incidents ranging from family violence, motor vehicles incidents, theft and property damage.
• Critical incident decision making in stressful and public settings.
• Engaged with local individuals and community leaders to discuss crime reduction strategies.
• Engage and mentor youths within the community.
• Identify crime scenes at incidents and preserving evidence.
• Placing individuals before Court in respect to criminal offences.
