• Manage a high performing team of skilled professionals. Currently responsible for all Recovery Agent and Credit Hire claims. My team also houses all Third-Party Litigation files, Personal Injury Claims and until recently, our Quantum Assessors.

• Managed internal disputes for the business and liaised with AFCA and customers to resolve any disputes in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Managed a team of motor vehicle claims advisors. The team was responsible for lodging and managing all motor claims for A&G clients.
