• Manage a high performing team of skilled professionals. Currently responsible for all Recovery Agent and Credit Hire claims. My team also houses all Third-Party Litigation files, Personal Injury Claims and until recently, our Quantum Assessors.

• Play an active role in our Third-Party Care training sessions. I regularly run skills-based sessions for advisors and aspiring leaders.

• In my role I liaise with multiple internal stakeholders including IDRS, Procurement and Investigations. Externally I am in constant contact with Independent Assessor's, Panel Solicitors and Insurance Companies.
