  • Supported the Management and Executive needs with the provision of high- quality parking advice to enhance and support the City's decision-making processes.
  • Managed 3 major parking projects through 23/24 with the City's On-street Technology Transformation and Business Improvement Project. These being the addition of a new parking enforcement system (Politess through Schweers), new parking payment app (EasyPark) and new cashless parking meters (Duncan NG meters) culminating in the City of Perth being crowned the 2024 Parking Organization of the Year.
