  • Designed & built a lean cost effective HR function in a traditional business
  • Partnered with unions to navigate a way through 12 months of industrial action whilst successfully negotiating Enterprise Agreements for clinical and non clinical staff
  • Developed a new Enterprise Agreement after the cessation of a zombie agreement
  • Established a succession planning framework
  • Assisted with workforce planning & engagement whilst the Hospital was operating in a Covid environment

  • Developed all HR structures with a focus on service delivery
  • Presented at numerous seminars on various HR related topics with a remit to educate staff at dental practices on corporate structures
  • Had a 100% success rate when negotiating Fair Work claims & Personal Grievances (NZ)
  • Resolved a NZ employment related claim that was for NZD500k for NZD$36k
  • Reduced cost of maintaining an HR function from $25 per employee per month to $17 per employee per month through a focus on key metrics
  • Developed & led the only graduate program for dentists in Aust & NZ
  • Partnered with a university to develop a Graduate Certificate of Management with content & assignments tailored to our workplace
