I have been a life saver at Coolangatta Beach on the Gold Coast for a number of years
As a Patrol Captain, I lead a team of volunteers who must place themselves at risk to save members of the public from drowning or animal attack
I am ultimately responsible for the safety of all beach goers whilst I am on Patrol
