• Led a high-stakes transformation of OPG’s complaints framework after an Ombudsman’s review, applying a risk-based model that achieved a significant reduction in resolution times and doubled the capacity to identify and address systemic issues.
• Directed a new statutory inspection process in Youth Detention, applying a trauma-informed methodology that significantly increased detainee engagement and enhanced their wellbeing, contributing to a reduction in critical incidents.
