Co-ordinating 50+ people on various sites for Altus Traffic Management. Communicating with RMS, TMC and SYD Airport control and all other contractors on site to manage multiple jobs in different locations.
- Traffic Control Room – From January 2021 till July 2022 worked closely with Seymour Whyte setting up and running a Control room for the project site that covered
- - Learning how to use Rapid Plan to design Traffic control plans to accommodate the works required on this and other projects
- - Bettering my knowledge on Excel, The Program TOOFA and a complex camera system around the project to monitor the surrounding roads and traffic conditions.
- - Keeping in contact with the Incident Response Crew at all times to maintain and manage traffic, pedestrians and incidents around the airport.
- - Applying for Road Occupancy Licenses, submitting plans to be approved and communicating with Key stake holders to allow works to keep progressing for the length of the project within deadlines and time restrains
