  • Following the Victorian government and school-wide curriculum, prepared lesson plans and taught Humanities and English to two Year 7 and one Year 8 classes; managed student behaviour and monitored student academic progress; incorporated differentiation into daily teaching practices.
  • Prepared lesson plans and taught one Year 11 VCE VM Literacy class; tackled challenging behaviour through rapport-building and regular parental communication.
  • Served as the Homeroom teacher and first point of contact for 26 students; followed student up with school expectations around punctuality, uniform-wearing and in-class behaviour.
  • Engaged in the design of learning materials and assessment, reviewing student performance, and regular reflective practices as a team member of the relevant faculty.
