I have had a diverse and atypical career path that began at the age of 15 when I started an apprenticeship in bakery and pastry. Over the years I worked in several seasons as a baker and eventually becoming the head baker at a prominent bakery.
Following this, I traveled for three years across indonesia, New Zealand and Australia, durong which I took on various jobs that often diverged from my initial training. In Australia, I started working in construction, a field that I continued to explore during my two years in England.
Upon returning to France, I further developed my skills in construction and eventually took on a managerial role.
