• Check requested documents. Working drawing, engineering design, energy rating report etc.
• Assist senior estimator in mitigation of issues on site.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Review and prepare site files.
• Response emails and delegate emails to relevant estimator.
• Assist senior estimator to amend purchase orders and organize updated document for site supervisor.
• Prepare purchase orders when building variation raised.
• Databuild Catalogue daily maintains. Price update, new product entry, new job entry.
• ETSs analysis/collation using Excel Spreadsheet.
• Provide Databuild technical support.
• Create automated reports using Crystal Reports for data provisioning.
