I am often tasked with managing multiple clients queries through different channels such as phone, email and in person, my ability to manage competing demands and strong communications skills has allowed me to thrive in this role. I have gained invaluable experience from both of my roles where i learnt understanding the mortgage market and customer life cycle, from the initial home loan application process, refinancing and settlement, I have demonstrated that I am able to meet the expectations of the business and our clients by providing exceptional customer centric advice and service. Through my role I have developed a sound understanding of the importance of maintaining compliant applications, I ensure each application is processed in an efficient and timely manner in line with regulatory requirements.
