In my six years of property maintenance I had the fortunate opportunity to upkeep over 130 rental properties for a local cairns realestate which gave me a vast range of knowledge from pressure washing drives,roofs,fences,paths,and external building washing to painting and many more maintenance repairs. Prior to that I was truck driving for seven years. I hold a fork lift licence HC combination truck licence motorcycle and open car licence with a very good driving record. And more than happy for any police drug and alcohol tests.
