• Planned and sequenced installation of spun piles, steel pipe piles, and contiguous bored piles.
• Supervised marine works, including dredging and scour protection.
• Oversaw construction of slabs, walls, fenders, and amenities.

• Delivered project on time and budget with zero accidents and remedial works.

Project: T219 Thomson East Coast Line – Construction of Orchard Station and Tunnel (SGD498M)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinated with multiple authorities and stakeholders for approvals.
• Planned and supervised ERSS systems (sheet piling, soldier piling, strutting, decking).
• Oversaw ground improvement works (TAM, jet, fissure grouting)

Key Achievements

• Reduced project delay from 28 to 14 weeks by re-sequencing works; cut traffic diversion stages from 25 to 13.

Project: Land Reclamation for Pasir Panjang Terminal Phases 3&4 (SGD100M)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervised demolition of marine/land structures and site preparation for piling.
• Directed soil improvement (dynamic & vibro-deep compaction) with quality testing.
