At Goody's Charcoal Chicken, I did a variety of jobs mainly running the front such as, taking orders, handling food, making sure all stations were clean, changing old charcoal to put fresh charcoal and organising drinks.
When I first started, I was in the back stuffing and skewering chickens prepping them to be cooked and made sure there was enough for the rest of the day. I took part in cleaning salads and vegetables making sure they are fresh and safe to use.
I would train new workers making them familiar and comfortable in the workplace, while also supervising other staff ensuring things were getting done.
