  • CBA was able to transform its 12 manual processes of the Group Operations and Processing Services into a Robotic Platform at the end of this program.
  • Branch Concierge Automation Program a Transformation Initiative for CBA
  • Branch Concierge automation was a new mobile application transformation from a manual concierge to an Android tablet. Android-operated concierge was automated, which helped Concierges collect the data of the customers walking in the CBA branches and based on their needs they are directed to appropriate officials. There are additional options where a customer can be assisted for Self-Serve, etc.
  • Provided business consulting, knowledge expertise in Agile and SCRUM development methodologies, and process assessment work.
  • Managed the coordination of all implementation tasks involving third party vendors as well as provided consultation to clients on system implementation.
  • Tracking of schedules for delivery of the project. Delivered an ongoing End2End Delivery plan.

  • Veda Advantage is a pioneer in Customer and Consumer Credit, Tenancy, Postal, and other credit-related data sources for Information Systems.
  • This project was an initiative to create a configurable product that can produce an output based on customer information from various data sources that are hosted by Veda and external government sources like driver’s licenses, passports, etc. The Credit Check needed to be completed in less than 10 Seconds.
