• Customs Clearance & Logistics Coordination:

Acted as the key liaison between LG Electronics and international partner companies, ensuring smooth and timely export/import processes. I prepared detailed commercial invoices and customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.

Additionally, I was responsible for coordinating with freight forwarders to book air shipments, minimizing delays, and ensuring cost-effective logistics solutions.

• Budget Management & Financial Reporting:

Managed the team's budget, tracking expenses and ensuring all costs were aligned with financial forecasts. I regularly reported on budget utilization and collaborated with internal stakeholders to optimize spending, reducing operational costs by identifying efficiencies in the supply chain.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Worked closely with various departments, including procurement, warehouse management, and external logistics providers to ensure seamless product flow from production to delivery. My ability to manage relationships and negotiate with stakeholders helped to streamline operations and meet tight deadlines.
