• Champion Challenger Analytics: Built a strategy-testing Power BI suite providing comprehensive insights on new vs. status quo strategy effectiveness across KPI, operational, revenue, and profitability metrics with integrated hypothesis testing. Deployed to production; 50+ strategies evaluated and transitioned the business unit from gut-feel to data-driven strategy management.

• End-to-End Credit Analytics Solution: Developed a full credit management analytics framework for a key client, integrating multi-source data to deliver insight, operational, and onboarding analytics.
