  • Lead Front End developer working on the new POS (Point of Sale) Application implemented by Myer across all stores in Australia.
  • Responsible for leading a team of 4 Front End Developers and co-ordination of work within the team.
  • An active and integral part of the development team who has been present since the beginning of the NewStore POS program for Myer.
  • Proficient in working in Agile methodology.
  • Designed and developed multiple new features requested as part of the NewStore POS program using ReactJS, Angular17, AngularJS, HTML and CSS.
  • Responsible for design and integration of devices such as printer, scanner, cash drawer, and payment module via WebSockets, which are part of the POS registers.
  • Participated in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards throughout the duration of the project.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of communication to the Customer Display screen of the POS register by using a NodeJS server.
  • Assisted in debugging and troubleshooting front-end code during and after go-live of the POS application.
  • Responsible for maintaining multiple scripts written in Batch scripting and Powershell which are used during the startup of the POS application.
