Produced comprehensive cost breakdowns, sensitivity analyses and comparison tables in Excel to inform bid strategy and pricing decisions.

Standardised take-off templates and introduced checklist controls to reduce rework and improve estimate consistency across packages.

Managed the tender register, tracked 20+ addenda and coordinated document control to ensure compliant, timely submissions.
