This includes quality training in the classroom and /or assessing students in their workplace, preparing appropriate training and assessment resources based on Training Packages. Completion of necessary compliance documentation and participation in validation and moderation. In conjunction with administration team complete and maintain students' records. In collaboration with the Program Manager & Business Development, pursue opportunities for growth, promotion and development of vocational education and training provision. Dynamic Chef recognized for creating memorable dishes with fresh ingredients. Monitors and evaluates purchasing, staffing, production and inventory to control food and labor costs and waste. Maintains federal, state and local food sanitation and safety standards.
