Responsibilities and duties:

• Monthly/ yearly schedule preparation.
• Bioburden testing of finished and raw material.
• Validation protocol study of disinfectants.
• Calibration (Micropipette, Balance, ph. meter, Conductivity Meter & Heating Block)
• Water analysis

Apart from regular testing tasks performed:

• BET validation of final API and preparing report for the same.
• Disinfectant validation for the site and preparing report for the same.
• Method validation of the API and preparing report for the same.
• Maintaining inventory of agars, broths and reagents used in testing.
