Project: SIS Upgrade 2023
Project Description: La Trobe University uses the Student Management System provided by TechOne. TechOne provides an upgrade twice a year for new enhancements, bug fixes & patches. The SIS upgrade 2023 is to do a comprehensive testing on 2023 TechOne upgrades and incorporate them into their Student Management System.
Responsibilities:
· Test Cases migration from QTest to JIRA Xray.
· Automation Testing (creating & executing scripts) of Student Management System UI using Selenium.
· UAT Testing for the final Student management system.
· Create & maintain dashboard for the entire testing.
· Coordinate teams from different modules for the necessary Testing.
· Collate, document, and present the Testing results and status from different teams during daily standup.
· Coordinate with different module teams & TechOne team for defect identification & resolution.
· Create & get approvals for Test Specification document before testing and Test Exit Report after testing.

Project: Customer 360
Project Description: Foxtel Customer 360 project was to upgrade Foxtel’s CRM system to Salesforce from its current legacy systems. Foxtel previously used many legacy systems such as Kenan, ForgeRock, COPS, Unica, Dialer etc. The scope of the project was to remove the dependency from some of the legacy systems and migrate to Salesforce and Adobe Cloud Solution (ACS) along with adding some additional functionalities.
Responsibilities:
· Test the integration between Kenan Billing system and newly created API’s.
· Test the customised API’s created for Salesforce.
· Test the data migration between the legacy systems and Salesforce/ACS (Adobe Cloud Service).
· Validation of Kenan and Salesforce Database tables (schema & data).
· Testing Salesforce, API’s & other system’s integration.
· Test Salesforce functions, SLA’s, Comms & others in Salesforce GUI.
· Testing multifactor authentication using Twilio & GreenID systems.

Project Description: Virgin Money Australia (VMA) a brand owned by Bank of Queensland (BOQ) has been using third party products from Citi, Allianz & BOQ for its banking needs. The project was to develop a new core banking platform to support the development of a separate operating institution. The platform chosen for development was Temenos. Worked as part of a team to test the newly developed banking platform.
Responsibilities:
· Test the integration between banking platform Temenos T24 and different third-party systems such as CIAM, Frollo, Genesys, Adobe, Microsoft, GreenID, etc.
· Test the customised APIs created based on Mobile App Specs for both IOS and Android.
· Test the Web APIs used by the different Web Applications.
· Test the function Apps flow and connectivity in Microsoft Azure.
· Test the message processing flowing through cloud-based Azure Service Bus.

Project Description: Telstra has three different incident reporting ticketing systems based in Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. As these systems were standalone, Telstra wanted to create a common platform that would enable incidents created or updated to flow from one system to another seamlessly. An interface was built using Axway API management platform.
Responsibilities:
· Created and tested the API’s to act as communication channels between the 3 ticketing systems.
· Automation Testing of the Customized functionalities of the newly created API’s using Rest Assured.
· Created Test specification & execution documents for the business.
· Provide Knowledge Transfer, Training & Support for newly joined Test resources.
· Active participation during the project planning phase to provide inputs regarding testing.
· Created Test Strategy, Test Plan & Test Cases based on the planning.
· Monitoring the logs post the deployment to spot any unidentified or unexpected defects.
