• Training, supervision, support and capcacily builiding of all new and junior staff
• Guidance to team on serving priorities during peak times
• Confident completion of all opening and closing procedures and processes including security arming and disarming, calculation and reconciliation of cash and eftpos totals for banking and float. Preparing financials for next day business.
• Prepare and pack away of all displays and promotion of all relevant stock.
• Set up, cleaning, maintenance and pack away of serving and operating equipment
• Set up, cleaning, maintenance and pack away of of all dining equipment
• General cleaning, maintenance of all aspects of the store

Presented and explained product options to customers based on their needs and goals, including upselling where appropriate.
